Patriot Golf Day is jointly supported by The Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA) and the United States Golf Association (USGA). The 2007 inaugural fundraising campaign produced contributions exceeding $1.1 million. The USGA and PGA continue to support Patriot Golf Day by running PSAs, marketing within the golf community, and encouraging their membership to participate. As a result, Patriot Golf Day has generated approximately $3 million from over 3,700 facilities nationwide and impacted over 550 families in the past two years. Folds of Honor founder Major Dan Rooney is a PGA Professional and USGA member. The Folds of Honor Foundation attributes its success with Patriot Golf Day to the support of the USGA and PGA.

Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. of Oklahoma (ABC) has formed a team of members to help construct the new headquarters building for the Folds of Honor Foundation. ABC is a national association whose members build America's commercial and industrial projects, with more than 25,000 member firms in chapters across the nation working together to promote the Merit Shop Philosophy of free enterprise and open competition. Golf Pride® grips has formed a partnership with the Folds of Honor Foundation. Pride Sports put the Folds of Honor Foundation front and center during The PGA TOUR's 2008 Deutsche Bank Championship, as the winner and nearly 40 players donned Red, White & Blue Softspikes Pulsar golf cleats in support of Patriot Golf Day. In 2010, Pride Sports will continue to donate a portion of proceeds from the sales of their red, white, and blue Softspikes and tees.

The Folds of Honor Foundation has partnered with Products for Good and Patriot Mark to offer their uncirculated Iraqi coins as ball markers for golfers in conjunction with Patriot Golf Day. Products for Good sells a patriot line of products featuring Iraqi coins recovered by coalition forces from the bank vaults in Basra. Twenty percent of the sale price of each ball marker, before any expenses are paid, will be donated to the Folds of Honor Foundation in support of its mission.
